My files on the PC Windows 10 show as "uploaded" and synced. My iMac (OS 10.13.6) doesn't sync. Even if I "pause" and "resume" nothing happens. The only thing that works is quitting the application and then restarting. This is a pain however, as Google Drive takes 5 minutes or so to resync the whole drive.
